Meta Estate Trust (stock symbol MET), a holding company operating in the real estate sector, has secured a €730,000 loan from Patria Bank to refinance the apartments acquired in the Greenfield Băneasa complex and to co-finance the reserved apartments in the Cellini Residence project.

Also this week, the company announced a €1.52 million investment in a portfolio of four villas within a Brașov-based project that will be operated under the Radisson Blu brand.
Meta Estate Trust has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, AeRO market, since August 2022. As of March 2023, the MET stock is included in the BETAeRO index.
